This is a nice, gated apartment complex in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located for a commute to Fort Carson or downtown, I've really enjoyed living here. The front office staff is always friendly, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, a great place to live.

I moved into this apartment in July and have loved it since day one. The staff is extremely helpful and quick to fix any problem I have had. I feel safe and have met some great neighbors! Yeah it might seem pricey, but what apartment in a nice neighborhood isn't?

I have lived in the apartments for 18 months and the Cheyenne Crossing Apartment Complex is truly the best in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The apartments are really close to Fort Carson which is great in getting to work, the hospital and stores. Gin, Anna, and Dan are always right on top of any issues that may arise either with the grounds or the apartments themselves. Dan keeps the grounds maintained and everything in the apartments working great. The staff the manager (Gin) and Assistant Manager (Anna) are also exceptional, kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Living in Cheyenne Crossing Apartments has been a blessing and a wonderful experience. Keep Up The Great Work ! John
